We facilitate the open enrollment and provide the technology to enroll all of your client's employees in major medical, ancillary, and supplemental plans. She is a high-performing executive with over 45 years of corporate and business experience, with a unique blend of public and private sector expertise, resulting in her consistently being recognized as one of the top Aflac® professionals in the United States. She helps organizations of all sizes implement cost-effective insurance strategies to meet the specific needs of their workforce. For the last 20 years she has served as a District Sales Coordinator for Aflac®, America Family Life Assurance Company, which is a testimony to her exemplary talent recruiting, training, sales and client relations. Margaret is highly respected and known for her friendly, energetic style where she consistently makes a positive impact and excels in driving record growth.
Prior to her career in the insurance industry, she was a veteran Corporate Communications and Investor Relations professional who served a number of global companies headquartered in South Florida during her 45-year career, including Wackenhut Corrections Corporation, Del Monte® Fresh Produce Company, Kos Pharmaceuticals® and InPhyNet® Medical Management, Inc.
Countless organizations tap into her expertise as she offers a distinctive perspective on the strategic challenges facing small companies and large corporations at a time of rising pressure to increase employee benefits while cutting costs. She expertly blends her passion for exceeding client expectations with business expertise to deliver results.
Giving back and supporting diverse causes is a passion of Margaret’s. Her involvement includes the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Board and the CareerSource PBC Executive Committee Board. She also arranged a meeting for Nonprofits First establishments with experts who provided information about Federal funds available for shovel ready organizations. She is a master at mentoring and connecting others.
Margaret is a 1981 graduate of Spring Hill College, a Jesuit college in Mobile, AL. Margaret, a third-generation Floridian, co-founded the South Florida Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute. She is married and resides in Tequesta, FL. with her husband Bob, an international commercial charter pilot and their two sons, Brian and Nolan.
