Aflac Group
Our first step is to meet with you as the broker to assess client needs for virtual benefits. Based on the size of the census, we will work directly with Aflac HQ, client and broker to decide if custom Aflac Group benefits are the best fit. Group benefits include the ability to shape plans to compliment the in-place major medical deductibles and out of pocket expenses. We can make a professional presentation for proposal to the client that includes all of the Aflac policy details and pricing.

Enrollment Technology
Once the Aflac proposal is accepted, we will integrate the new plans and existing major medical / ancillary options into a technology platform that integrates benefits with client payroll records. Throughout the year new hires will have the ability to onboard using the benefit system of record, and payroll can immediately track the chosen benefit packages to each employee, resulting in accurate deductions. At open enrollment, penetration reports and live benefit tracking ensures no employee is left behind when choosing the benefits that fit.

Initial Open Enrollment
Our team of expert licensed enrollers will go on-site to each facility and consult employees on plan offerings for major medical, ancillary policies, and new Aflac offerings. Each enroller has years of experience and provides a professional consultation to ensure employees are choosing the benefit option that fits their needs. The broker and client provides us with the scheduling opportunities and open enrollment dates that fit existing plan years.

Support Throughout OE and Call Center
While our team completes the open enrollment, our office will be providing support to both the broker and the client throughout the process. Daily reports keep HR in the know regarding which employees completed their open enrollments and which ones we still need to see. Our technology provides us the opportunity to man a call-center style OE to contact remote workers or those out on leave. Calls are recorded to verify benefit selections and each selection made is trackable.

Servicing for the Life of the Account
We do not just provide OE services and initial reports. Our ability to sustain perpetual contact with each client and handle new hires or terminations coincides with each clients SOP. A custom branded Aflac landing page will be provided with each policy offered and the ability to reach out to our office for claims support. This process takes pressure off of the employer and means brokerages do not have to consistently follow up with every client to process new hires.
